We wanted to find ways for Coventry people to have a say in how our city views, values and uses arts, culture and creativity, so we called (what we think is) the UK’s first Citizens’ Assembly on Arts and Culture.
Nest Residencies are designed by artists, for artists*. They are simple, adaptable and flexible, and aim to focus on the early stages of idea or project development through supporting time to play, experiment, dream and meander.

Adjacent to the Daimler Powerhouse development on Coventry Canal, The Nest is a home base and shared workspace for Talking Birds – and a place for people to come together to imagine better ways of doing things.
